The school you attend determines your future. Agree. Is it a science when it comes to choosing a school?
Mindful running is not just about counting your breaths and synchronising with your steps. It is about being in tune with your body and feeling what your body is telling you.
While the checks are routine, what I marvel is how the experience has become more pleasant over the years.
The overall message these students are sending is this: I want to spend my time the way I want, not be confined to do something I do not see meaning or purpose.
